I went to see Final Destination 3 on Valentines Day. (Isn't that romantic?)
The movie is pretty much the exact same as the other Final Destination movies but lots gorier. I think their test market really liked death by head injury (impale the head, crush the head, chop the head, etc). More than 1/2 the people die due to some sort of head trauma.

All in all it was pretty good and pretty gross (which is good, no?).


My final thought...FD3 was a lot like gay porn because everyone got it in the end.

I took Thursday and Friday off last week because I was grouchy all week and it turned out I was in the early stages of a cold. So four days (two vacation days and the weekend) were spent alone in my condo feeling sorry for my self hacking up phlegm. Thanks Jesus!

All is good now just stuffy. And I didn't spend any money which is good!

Can't wait for next weekend, I'm getting good and drunk to make up for this one!

IT HURTS...

I have this massive and painful pimple on my forehead. It’s sooo massive in fact that my co-worker asked if my zit could lend him $5.00 for lunch. Ha, ha! I appeared amused but it was inside that I held my tears. I am seriously contemplating taking some vacation time off because of it. Before you say anything it is not due to vanity I just want to keep the world a better place and it makes me look like a monster!

Well I was all set to see KARLA this weekend but all of a sudden it’s not playing anywhere. I prolly never see it now. Well my friend and I went to see Capote instead. A pretty boring movie lot of nothing happened but as always Philip Seymour Hoffman was really good. Not really worth the price of admission or your time.

This Sunday Afternoon

Well I finally found someone to go see Karla with me this Sunday. I don't know why people won't go to see it. It's not like there are haven't been many other movies out there that are based on real killings (Summer of Sam, Monster, Helter Skelter, etc.)
The reviews are not all that great but this may be the only chance to see it. I hardly think the Movie Network will air it in Ontario and who knows if any video stores will carry it in Ontario. So it's now or possibly never.
