Totally 80's Weekend
Friday I headed out to Madonnaramma at fly with some friends and had a great time. One Madonna song after another and yes it was a bit much. I remember being at the Tequila Lounge for a Madonna night like this a couple of years back but this one was packed. There was a huge line up to get in at 10:30. I may have stayed out too late (again) but c'est la vie, non?
Saturday I went over to a friend's house for drinks and Trivial Pursuit 80's Version. I was really only good at TV and Music. Not good enough though. I lost :(
That's it for today I have lots of work to do.

Don't be bringing a lot of Madonna for the car ride. That was WAY too much for a while.
We play Trivial Pursuit on xmas day at my auntie's. I'm so gonna push for the 80s version this year.
The Canadian version from a few years ago was BRUTAL - there were only so many times I could answer "William Lyon Mackenzie."
I don't travel without Confessions on a Dance Floor in the 6-pack... sorry! It's just how I roll!
I heard some Madonna elevator musak this weekend. That was a trip. Made me feel old. boo hoo.
YES! That's exactly how I felt. After 30 minutes, I couldn't take anymore. Irrationally, I kept hoping they'd play something else.
Timmy - It was prolly way more fun then whatever you did.
Thistle- the 80s one asked lots of Canadian questions too. I remember something about Danger Bay.
Mme Rouge - Please no Dixie Chicks, thanks.
Moon - I have listened to the Muzak version of Holiday more than once.
Liquid - You're a little more Britney, eh?
Yeah Salem you must hate Madonna even though you sent me an email friday stating "I want to go to this."
well. it did sound fun, but it reality there is such a thing as too much Madonna. It turns out, my threshold is pretty low.
Whatever, YJA! We had a great time...bonging beer and being hicks.
Kevin's a lot less Britney now.
I love when you play the banjo pablo.
Borderline... feels like I'm going to lose my mind...
